Cute dress but there was a weird construction nuance – the top was quite baggy but the skirt in the lower waist area was tight. I think the look like that they were going for was “french tucked shirt and fitted skirt” which is clever but it probably requires a very specific body shape for it to look tidy.,,,

This one was a little odd. I thought it was going to be a wrap shirt dress with a cinched waist which usually is flattering for me. This one was ... weird. I didn't like that that the tie was clearly the arms of a shirt, it just looked a tad bizarre. Sizing is fine, just take your normal size.
