Pants are a total landmine for me. I’m pretty sure this was the first online pants purchase for me. There are just too many landlines – I have a tush and hips and generally fitted silhouettes work best for me; alas, fitted silhouettes aren’t the easiest when shopping online.

I discovered Ba&Sh and I really fell in love with these pants. I loved that it looked slouchy yet was somewhat fitted and as always, it looked great on the model.

I was nervous about ordering the right size – I gave an M a go because I figured French brand + biggish butt = not the happiest marriage (my hips measure 39”). Turns out I could size down which I did – full kudos to the Ba&sh customer service which was super friendly, prompt, and easy to work with.

Full disclosure: I don’t love the pants. I think if they were more fitted, maybe they would be more flattering. I also think the elastic waistband makes it a little tougher for me to make it work in the office. I didn’t realize it was a tad too casual until I was sitting a senior persons office and it hit me that I was wearing literal joggers! I think if you’re taller / slimmer / more fashion forward, these pants could work really well.
