For reference, I’m 5’0 tall, I’m usually a US 6/8 and shaped like a T (no hips at all).

Tried them on with a belt then without a belt, but I think it just fits me awkwardly. My natural waist is higher than where it cinches and it makes my non existent hips look flared where it cinches my waist because of the pockets. I also have a negative thigh gap so it feels bunched right there. They’re still new with tags but I missed the return window and I’ve been trying to figure out if I should try harder styling it or just let it go and sell it. Maybe I should not have sized down but the 40 was too bulky I thought.

I tried it on again with a much shorter top and I still was not liking how it fits my (round) waist so I’ll be selling these shorts.
