SIGRID DRESS

I bought this dress as part of "return to work" purchases. Just wanted a simple black dress that could be versatile and functional without breaking the bank. This one fit the bill.

 

Feels like the dress is pretty close to what was advertised. The only thing that is a little off is that the pleats were a lot more defined in the product image but you can barely see them IRL. I think the dress has nice enough details that I'm OK with it but having the pleats would definitely have been nice to have!

 

I got the size S which is my usual size in Sezane. The one thing I'll note is that the length seems to be quite short - I'm not particularly tall, only 5'6 or so, but the skirt comes above my knee. If I were 5'8 or 5'9, I might be hesitant to wear this dress to the office or more conservative functions.
