CASHMERE PULLOVER WITH GOLD FASTENERS

TLDR: I probably would not have purchased this sweater at full price (almost $600 before tax is pretty obscene) but at this price point, I thought it was perfectly reasonable given the quality.

 

FIT: I went with a small since msot sweaters tend to be oversized and that oversized look does nothing for my body. Fit works and I can easily wear layering garments underneath even though I rarely need to given how warm it is.

 

QUALITY: AMAZING quality. This is what I was hoping to get from Sezane - totally delusional, I know, given the different price points. The fabric is super soft against my skin (no crunchiness or itchiness) and I love wearing it. It’s also way more comfortable and soft than my La Ligne sweaters, for which I had high hopes given the Instagram following (and also they weren’t cheap). I HIGHLY recommend.

 

STYLE: I love the unique color and the small details that seem to set apart the French brands. In this case, it’s the gold fasteners that actually can be unbuttoned for a more open look. One note on the color - I love that it’s a color that I would never wear but it’s soft enough that it isn’t loud or clownish. It’s like a soft yellow if that makes sense.
