I think these boots are a great example of how shopping online versus in person can be so different. I remember seeing these boots on the SW website and thinking I would never get a boot like this. The shape looked off and I didn't think the heel could ever be comfortable. I went to the store for something else, then I saw these and wanted to try them on. When I wore them, the SA and another customer was like "you need to buy these now". In fact, another woman tried the exact same boot and ended up buying them on the spot! The boot is extremely comfortable, the heel is perfectly fine, and I love that there are two distinct looks: you can wear them as thigh highs or slouchy just below the knee. I'm obsessed!
