CAPRICE DRESS

Just want to say how glad I was to have gone and try on this dress in person because I would never have bought it online. I loved it but didn’t think I could pull it off due to my age. For some reason, I haven’t worn any dress/skirt above knee for a couple of years now. But I am in love ? Now I have to look for a brunch or tea party to go to in Portland ?

 

I am US6 and went for 38. I am a 4 on top so I tried the 36 and couldn’t button up around the waist area haha. I have a thick waist.
