LONG SATIN-EFFECT RUFFLED SKIRT

So I like the idea behind this design with the slit up the leg. However, I found the fabric to look and feel super cheap. The website doesn't specify the fabric but honestly it doesn't really matter because it looked and felt like cheap polyester. I definitely wouldn't pay a lot of money for this.
