This is a vintage dress but in excellent condition with no signs of wear. There's no size tag as seems to be common for vintage pieces but here are the measurements: Waist: 11" Dress length: ~45" Sleeve length: 22" I would guess that this would fit a US size 0 today. 100% silk.
