This is a Cartier Trinity ring in the small model​,​ a little over five years of daily wear. Its the equivalent to a size 6. Normally I'm a 6.5 on this hand but after trying several size on the half size smaller (Cartier recommends often you go a full size down in this style) worked best for me. The three rings roll around easily so different gold colors end up on top throughout the day​,​ which is maybe silly but I didn't realize that would happen when I bought it.
