I’ve only been shopping at Sezane for 2 years but even if this short time period there’s been a dramatic decline in quality. I stayed up for the Archives Paris drop​,​ and while the selection was very meh​,​ I was still excited to try on what I did end up buying. Today my order arrived… what a disappointment. Of the 3 dresses I purchased​,​ all were sheer. No liner​,​ thin polyester material​,​ and one dress arrived with debris all over it. One might argue this is expected with sale items but they’re still over $100. Online they look great​,​ but what I received is akin to shopping at SHEIN. This feels like a joke…. As if I bought a knockoff. My $20 Target dresses have better quality. Makes me question if Sezane is genuinely seeking to understand the boundaries of quality vs profit. This ain’t it. Images are of the Jaelle and Sybelle dress. The Jaelle dress is described as merino wool. I realize merino wool is thinner​,​ but it shouldn’t be sheer. In the website photo​,​ this looks like a thick​,​ lush dress reminiscent of a sweater dress. What I received is anything but.
