I travel for work frequently and often have to haul a laptop around on foot. Been using a Tory Burch Perry tote the last couple years (love her!) but the tote is hard on my shoulders after days on end of frequent travel. After MONTHS of searching for the perfect minimal laptop backpack I ended up with this one from Le Tanneur and I'm impressed! Wanted to share since there's not much info online. Zippers are smooth​,​ stitching is well done​,​ and the blue interior is a nice touch. This is a backpack I can wear without feeling stuck in my school days. My only complaint is that it is fairly heavy​,​ but I think that's a fair price to pay considering the heavy leather. It's not any heavier than my Perry tote​,​ and once I've got it on my shoulders the weight is distributed well. I chose this over The Backpack from The Horse. It's twice the price and having now seen them both in person I think that's about right. The Horse is definitely a nice option for the same use case on a lower budget: similar shape and size​,​ but the leather on the Le Tanneur is noticeably thicker (full grain)​,​ the hardware nicer​,​ and the way the front pocket is attached reads as more refined. I say this not to bash on The Horse at all​,​ but noting that I think this is a worthwhile upgrade pick for anyone who's considering!
