Great condition - there's a tiny stain on the sleeve (pictured). Smocking is pretty forgiveable and the fabric is lovely for resort​/​summer vibes. 100% cotton. Item measurements: Sleeve: 18" Length: 30" Waist: 10" (bit misleading because the smocking has quite a bit of stretch)
