Purchased in April 2019 and have used daily for work (carrying a laptop while commuting via public transit) except for a year during COVID during WFH. I did have an issue at first with the strap stitching in the first month or two but they immediately replaced it and haven’t had any other issues since then. It was one of the only stylish bags I could find that could fit my work laptop + things I needed for work.
