I was searching specifically for “witchy boots” and “90s boots” when I came across these boots. They have a more rigid overall structure​,​ but I also haven’t worn them a ton of times. The only thing to note is that the surface of the leather wore down pretty quickly where you tie the laces. It doesn’t bother me so much​,​ but just something to keep in mind. It just went from smooth black leather to showing the more suede-like surface underneath just in the place on each side where the base of the laces rest when you tie them​,​ so probably more of a delicate leather. I have worn with thin and thicker socks​,​ but there’s no room left in them with thicker socks so just something to keep in mind if you don’t like your shoes fitting super tight. I hate extra space in my shoes so I’m good with it. I’ve worn them with sweater tights and a mini skirt (this picture) and also slouchy socks over leggings. They’ve been pretty versatile so far. I would wear them with jeans as well.
