I got a size M​,​ my usual size in Sandro (if it helps​,​ I'm 36ish bust​,​ 29ish waist​,​ 38ish hips). This dress is actually wrap style and there are two fasteners that you use to open and close the dress​,​ almost kimono-style so it's actually very convenient to put on and take off. I love the sheer arms - I think it's so elegant and it's a nice feminine detail.
