This brand is a must-have for any professional corporate woman. Some of this brand's dresses feels very heavy but this one is quite comfortable. I'm a big fan of dresses since it makes it easy to get dressed in the morning and this one is also great to accessorize. Just FYI​,​ there are small shoulder pads - I don't mind them but if you're not a fan or if you have broad shoulders​,​ something to keep in mind.
