They are wonderful! Somewhat loose in the toe but sizing down would be too tight. Vera Cuoio on the sole​,​ 100% leather. They came with temporary bottoms for the sole but I will be taking them to the cobbler to get protection added which the website said would be necessary. The color is amazing. Burgundy is trending this year but also burgundy is a color every fall…? I expect these to be worn for a long time! I have somewhat muscular calves (14-14.5" circumference) and these have the slightest bit of room. Size 39​,​ Vernis Bordeaux shade.
