I think the Beadnell runs pretty true to size​,​ it's supposed to be pretty forgiving. If you want it more generous for ample layers or are in between sizes I think you could go one up but no more - it is a boxy fit. I can comfortably fit a sweater with this; however​,​ a sweater + the removable fleece vest is doable but tight. It’s pretty warm and is a go-to in fall or spring for temps between 50-70. It holds up well​,​ I got this in 2020 and it hasn’t needed care yet.
