Oversized Cardigan, Sand Sherpa

  • Size: n/a
  • Price: $208

So I’ve been a supporter and “fan” of Joah Brown for a few years now. I have a bunch of shirts, sweaters, sweatpants, and leggings I consistently wear often.

Anyway, I haven’t ordered anything in a while, almost a year I would say, but decided to get the Oversized Cardigan a week ago. When it came in today I felt a bit… shocked.

It feels kinda thin, it’s pilling, and overall just does not feel as robust as everything else I own by them.

I’m not sure if it’s this fabric specifically or what. I have a lot of their French terry stuff, flex rib, and modal- but no Sherpa (what this one is made with). I don’t love how flimsy it feels, you can literally see the light passing through it when you hold it up to the light.

This one is probably an anomaly because I have a looooot of their tops that I love and wear all the time! It’s just this one specific piece and fabric that disappointed me. It’s the Sherpa fabric which is new to my closet, and very few of their pieces are made with it. The French terry fabric is probably their best. Second is second skin. Followed by flex rib, and modal. The modal is soooo super soft, I love it. I only place it last because it does tend to pill.

Quick note on sizing for JB items even though this one is one size: Except for their “oversized” items and the sweaters, anything fitted though does run small.,n/a,$208, Cardigan,Coats/Jackets,One Size All Reviews,Joah Brown
