TLDR: A “new” (to me at least) Parisian brand! I think I started getting bombarded with their ads because I had scrolled through the likes of Sezane and Sandro. I was excited to try ba&sh because it seemed like a very city chic style at a reasonable price point – more elevated than Sezane but cheaper than the Sandro group.

FIT: Like all the French brands, I was worried about items sizing small. I think these brands must adapt to the US market because I purchased a medium and probably could’ve gone smaller. I was going to wear this to the office so not being super fitted was just fine by me. It’s very comfy but note that the décolletage area is pretty open – more modest ladies might not be comfortable with showing so much skin in the office. I was fine with it.

QUALITY: Fabric isn’t super thin which is nice. It’s definitely a notch above Sezane but I wouldn’t say it’s anything close to luxury fabrication. I’ve worn it at least biweekly for the last few months and have thrown it in the machine, with little noticeable wear and tear. I’m pretty happy with it!

STYLE: I’m clearly a big fan. I love pairing this with one of my favorite white dresses for the office (because it’s winter and who wears white in NYC in the winter). I’ve also thrown it on over jeans for a casual fall weekend outing as well as leggings and my Stuart Weitzman booties. Also, what I love about these French brands are the little details – here, it’s the three gold button details on the sleeve that just gives it that little extra pop of fun. All in all, it was a solid purchase.ba&sh,M,$154,5’5-5’6 5’5-5’6,French Brands,Jumper,Size M,Tops All Reviews,ba&sh,Top
